PORT MUSEUM OF TRICASE: A DECADE OF COLLECTIVE SUCCESS AND SUSTAINABLE COMMITMENT

Today, we proudly celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Port Museum of Tricase, an innovative idea born from the collaboration of the CIHEAM Bari, the Municipality of Tricase, the Magna Grecia Mare Association, and the Regional Natural Park Costa Otranto – Santa Maria di Leuca and Bosco di Tricase.

For nearly two decades, we have dreamed, designed, and implemented this project together, combining forces with the aim of engaging the local community and surrounding communities. This shared vision has helped transform Tricase and its port into a dynamic place capable of integrating research, education, material and immaterial heritage enhancement, cultural promotion, nature conservation, intelligent progress, dialogue, and cooperation.

The Port Museum is now a heritage for all, recognized regionally and internationally as an excellence in the field of sustainable development. We look forward to the future with enthusiasm and determination, ready to continue being a beacon in investing in culture, nature, collaboration, and cooperation for a sustainable and enduring future.
